At Endurance, our team drives more than just performance — they help shape the way we give back. This year, through our Endurance Cares initiative, we launched “Causes That Drive Us,” inviting employees to nominate and vote for the charitable organizations that matter most to them.

After rounds of voting, two charities emerged as the most meaningful to our team, benefiting:

• St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
• Wounded Warrior Project

Each organization will receive a $1,000 donation from Endurance Cares. However, beyond the votes, what made this initiative powerful were the personal stories that brought these causes to life.

One employee shared why they nominated St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital:

We understand how difficult it can be when someone is faced with a $3,000 repair bill on a vehicle and how life changing that can be in this economy. I can only imagine how it must feel to know your child has a life-threatening illness that can only be treated at an out of state hospital… St. Jude takes away those worries and allows parents to focus on what is important.

Another shared a deeply personal story:

My 15-year-old cousin died from a rare, but very aggressive form of cancer.  There was limited research on his diagnosis, and treatments (with insurance) were very expensive.  This cause matters to me because there are countless families who don’t have any resources to help cover medical or transportation costs for their loved ones’ treatments.

Another team member explained the impact of the Wounded Warrior Project:

My brother is a USAF veteran of 27+ years… His service dog training was $20k and the USAF got him set up with WWP and they paid for his dog and training. Absolutely no cost (except dog tags for his state) to my brother!… I am a firm believer they helped save my brother.

We’re proud to honor these causes and the stories behind them. Supporting our team and giving back to our communities is central to who we are at Endurance, but our commitment to you goes even further.
